Foundation Crack Repair

We repair foundation cracks using high-performance polyurethane injection, a flexible expanding resin designed specifically to stop active water infiltration. The polyurethane penetrates deep into the crack, expands to fill voids, and creates a permanent watertight seal that adapts to minor foundation movement.

To reinforce the repair, we apply a BlueSkin waterproof membrane directly over the treated area, followed by a Delta MS membrane to provide additional drainage and reduce hydrostatic pressure against the foundation wall. If the crack is bigger than 1/8 inch we will need to bolt a steel plate at an extra charge
